Tranquil You is a herbal tea that is wonderful at the end of the day or before rest. Calming, Soothing, Improves sleep, keeps Night sweats at by, & curbs Restlessness. The taste is a Full-bodies Earthy Flavor, Nutty aroma, & wonderful with a milk/nut milk added.

Tranquil You ingredients: Rooibos, Black Cohosh, Licorice root, Chaste berries, Butterfly Pea flower, & Blueberry powder.

1-2 teaspoons in 8 ounces of 150-195 degree Fahrenheit water, steep for 3-7 minutes

Small bag size 3.5"X5.5" and weighs 35g and is 8-16 servings (1-2tsp per serving)

Large bag size 4.7"X7.9" and weighs 95g and is 16-32 servings (1-2 tsp per serving)
