Tranquil You ingredients: Rooibos, Black Cohosh, Licorice root, Chaste berries, Butterfly Pea flower, & Blueberry powder.
1-2 teaspoons in 8 ounces of 150-195 degree Fahrenheit water, steep for 3-7 minutes
Small bag size 3.5"X5.5" and weighs 35g and is 8-16 servings (1-2tsp per serving)
