Refund policy

These items are final sale items: ALL Keepsake Jewelry (see below for details), Jewelry, Birth Ready box, and Workshop bookings, 

I begin the process of purchasing materials and begin working on your Keepsake within 48 hours of placing your purchase, so a full refund is non-negotiable. If within 24 hours you do not want your Keepsake, I will refund you 50% of your purchase which will be a Business check mailed via USPS. Please contact me within 24 hours of purchase for further details.

Once your Keepsake is complete I will send you a photo of the final piece for your approval. Once you receive your Keepsake and are not satisfied, a refund is not possible. You can contact me within 7 days of receiving your order (include description and photos) to fix your piece or make any adjustments, I am happy to discuss this with you. My fee is $50 per hour PLUS materials. The final piece will not be sent without payment of those services.
