Lake Superior Waves ingredients: Damiana leaf, Holy Basil leaf, Burdock root, Red Clover, Barberries, Linden flowers, & Blackberry powder
1-2 teaspoons in 8 ounces of 150-195 degree Fahrenheit water, steep for 3-7 minutes
Small bag size 3.5"X5.5" and is 8-16 servings (1-2tsp per serving)
